Kolhapur city has many tourist spots within tHe city limits and around. While Sri Mahalaxmi Temple of kolhapur, Shahaji Palace and 300 years old "Audumbar Vruksha" lies within the city limits, one can also go for sight seeing at Amba Ghat, Panhalgad & Vishalgad(Forts) on Ratnagiri Kolhapur highway with 30 mins drive. Also major pilgrimage centre sri jotiba temple is about 12 km from KOP station. One can rent a car or even auto rickshaws can be taken.
