Hi,
I booked a ticket from the new Indian Railways Internet Reservation Website (bit.ly/rdFpU2).
I need to cancel the tickets but the login facility is disabled at present. The journey date is 5th August and I need to get the ticket cancelled before that.
How do I cancel the tickets booked online when the login facility is disabled.
