I saw figures of many zones and many zones failed to spend last year's money as well.
Zones are hardly able to spend even 60% of fund allotted for various projects . As a result many projects take 10-12 years to start and then 10 years to complete.
This must be very frustrating for Board as well as ministry

Its all depends on land avaibility and also needs more infra comapnies. Any ways last budget allocations spent or not we will know next year. As of now we know until March 2016 whats the status on pink book.
