Real waste of spare rake by KIR divn officials.. KIR se GKP ke liye 10+ trains and Punjab (Ludhiana) ke liye 5+ trains hai, yet one more special announced for Punjab.. This rake could have been used for South India bound weekly special train from Katihar.. Sirf 1 weekly South India bound train hai KIR ke paas, yet one more spcl for North!!
