You may be true Vishalji, but last time introduced NED-BKN was supposed to run via AWB, because AWB only demanded it. Even this train was added in all India railway time table via AWB only with the note "#Date of introduction to be notified later". But, so bad luck with AWB that politicians of Vidarbha snatched the train to run via AK and AWB lost!!
