Hi my ticket for 21st Feb from Jhansi is 2 and 3 waiting, will it be confirmed- PNR no is 2303083750

Quota like HO are released about 1 hr before preparation of chart.
The rajadhanis have a certain amount of quota for in between stations. The major chunk of berths are kept reserved for the source Destination pair. If these are not utilized then they are released to people like you who have been wait listed on a different quotas.This generally happens about 2~3 hours before train departure. All in all you have a good chance of confirmation.
Congrats. Your ticket was confirmed. Seats are Coach B7 seat no. 63, 64. Coach position is 8 from Engine.
If seats are available from delhi, then obviously they are available for other intermediate station quota passengers during charting.
