some people say tatkal of a train should open from 48hrs before departure of train, not at 8am before two days.
for ex: for godavari on 8aug, dep at 1715, tatkal should open from 6aug 1715 onwards, and not 6aug 0800.
this may reduce the heavy rush at counters and i think much easy to get tickets.

I Feel one more tatkal called super tatkal on current reservation which wl go really to needy people which should be opend before 2 hours of dep of train
when he says Tatkal should open at 1715, it is for the entire train irrespective of journey starting station. The opening is for train and not for any particular section of the train.
If another tatkal is opened more general quota seats will be decreased and the dalals will become more active.
