train no 12433 is showing large no of berth availability availability for 5th aug i.e. today itself departing from chennai for reservation from chennai to delhi though booking through internet is not permissible . what does this availability mean? Does these available seats are used for clearing RLWL ,RLGN waiting list tickets from vijaywada and nagpur?
Moreover Tatkal quota from nagpur to delhi in this train is Regret/WL1 normally for all days but sometimes it shows availability in 3ac as well as 2ac of 1 or 2 berths?
