dear rajkiran
FM means "fouling mark" mark at which the infringement of fixed standard dimension occours. Where 2 lines cross or join one another. FM is a point to the rear of a converging junction, such train must be to the rear of that point in order to ensure that any train moving on the other converging line can proceed whithout being obstructed.
