hi i m a mst monthly pass holder i started travelling frm pune to mum frm last 2 months use to board d train decan frm pune and pragati frm mumbai.. but yst a tte fined me for 70rs. as said ac pass pass holder cant travel in pragati..
Just like visa/passport the rules r printed on your pass and pl read it and avoid fines
but if i trave 40 working days wid 40tte checking by ac pass wid no objection and 41st day a tte comes n have an objection dat seems bit surprising for me yst
as far i know tte is good and they may never trouble the pass holders ,some times if they smell out any special squads then they react which you became victim
