Loop lines on Jmmu Katra lines are very far...So trains have to wait for longer time for crossing...this may be the reason... Also Katra has only 3 platform.. Which will cause problems for future train when Srinagar will be connected to Jammu..This may the reason that they have extended some selected trains only
