Reply from moderator on similar issue yesterday.
The TT is fully updated. There is no need to reupdate again .The members may be behind some proxy server, and their browser is returning them old cached information from their proxy server, rather than from the IRI website. They just need to do a force-refresh on their browser, so that their browsers fetch the latest page from the website.
