So this letter dated 5/11/2014 states that WDP4D can run at max speed of 135kmph on C&M-1 Vol-1 Standard tracks over NR. Now what about other zones.

Its too long, owing to double cab design.
WCAM 1 also had issues at higher speed due to its length.
Its exact MPS is a bit of a mystery though, whenever 110+ is required the job is usually entrusted to its older cousin WDP 4, so can't say exactly what speed it does max safely.

Its maximum speed is 135 but operational speed allow by IR is 110, LHB b 220 tk chal skte h but 130 pe limit di hui h

wese railway board to pahle hi vision document me kah chuka ki 2019 tak 90% trains LHB hogi.. lekin abhi tak 13-14% kam bhi nahi hua.. electrification ka kam chalu hu lekin complete nhi hua aur dfc 2018 tak complete karne ko bola to wo bhi nahi hua. Jyada routes me congestion isliye hai ki freight tracks ko kisi busy route ke sath nahi banana tha
