It was among the worst Rail budgets in terms of PRESENTATION. The Rail Mantri was trying to do a TU TU-MAIN MAIN instead of presenting the budget.
We have seen earlier Rail Manthris present budget with ease even when entire the entire opposition was shouting.

What about Peace express? There was news that it would be introduced.
Replying in the same lighter vein, Time being - No - Peace and hence No "Peace Express". May be in the next budget - after State Elections in WB.
