hello ., can anyone explain the need for RSA ? specifically for cholan , pandian and rockfort
i have always wondered ., why RSA for pandian and rockfort ., why are they not maintained separately ??
in both the ways , i mean up and down .... totally 4 LHB rakes move - 2 pandian (12637 & 12638) , 2 rockfort (16177 & 16178) - travel on the same night - then why should the coaches be shared or how it is done ... please someone explain

the same set of coaches for a day train - that too a train that travels 1 day + 1 night - makes sense
but cholan express ., is just 1 day travelling train - pity those who have booked in cholan ., i dont know why they have to pay for SL and travel during the day time ., if the same can be done in pallavan (except for the timing convenience)
even UR ticket holders hop into SL coaches of cholan - here i mean those who travel for a short distance ie between MS-CGL or CGL-VM or VM-CDM or CDM-KMU or KMU-TPJ
