I travelled from Secunderabad to Jodhpur via Mumbai. Hence I took a halt at Mumbai CST station. Booked an AC dormitory at CST Mumbai. I would like to bring to your notice that,
The dormitory floor was uncleaned which would be unhygienic to passengers like me staying at AC Dormitory. I requested the staff to clean the floor and after 4-5 attempts the staff responded me and started cleaning the floor.
I found that the beds in the dormitory are not cleaned, especially underneath my bed 107 there was lots of garbage...

and leftover food which would lead to causing infections (attached picture).
Bathrooms and toilets are not cleaned and most of the hot water geysers are not working.
I request you to please take an action against the Dormitory staff and make sure these problems are reduced in the coming future for passengers like me travelling up to a long distance.
I wrote the above email to IRCTC but then I got a reply that they can't help and I have to contact the concerned station for complaints.
