With BJP wining UP BSB may become Capital of UP & may get 2 RAJDHANI More 1 via CNB & another via MB

Varanasi won't be the State Capital of UP just like Allahabad didn't become one when some of our PMs hailed from that city. I think that some new Rajdhani trains from North-Eastern India State Capitals like Itanagar (extension beyond Naharlagun), Shillong (extension beyond Mendi Pathar), Gangtok, Kohima, Agartala, Aizwal and Imphal may be made to run via Gorakhpur - Varanasi - Sultanpur - Moradabad Route instead of the Allahabad - Kanpur Route :)
