Yahan ke logon ki tickets ka chart bnne ka time hai yeh 22.00.
Yahan koi chart nhi bnta.

Is updating of charting time necessary at station at which chart not prepared?
Yes...because if someone books a ticket from PHD-NDLS then he does not know that at what time his ticket would get confirmed finally....these updates will help him in PNR section to know that yes 22.00 is the time at which his ticket would be finally cnf or wl...Thats the requirement.
May be useful for those..whose tkts have been issued from such stn [where charting has not done]...n charting time will be displayed for that particular stn.
