I have filed a TDR for passenger not travelled on that day. Its been 4 months already and the status is still in progress. Do I get back my money successfully? Plz help me clarified..

Okay. If they found a sign against my name and rejects my claim, do I able to file a case against Railway? Do I have a chance to show my absence on that day?
my humbly request for u we r indian so first v know hour mother tounge then 2nd v know our natioanl language hindi and then vo know other langu english -french etc etc
