- Dear friend the route of the proposed train is innovative and provide new connectivities. But the route is much longer and shorter mostly comprising of low speed single lines.
- Majority of traffic is expected from BSP/R/DURG/NGP for Goa and very less traffic is expected for Marathwada and Northern Karnataka served by the proposed train.
- Goa-BSP journey of 1872km is 39:15 hrs long and shall not be liked by the travellers.

shorter and higher traffic potential route is BSP-R-Durg-NGP-Akola-BSL-JL-MMR-NK-KYN-PNVL-MAO via konkan Rly which would be just 1745km which can be covered in just 29-30 hrs. Since there is no regular train between BSP & Goa, it is better to adopt the shorter route.
- However the proposed route is very innovative with full of new connections, an extended weekly train from Goa-Dharwad-Hubli-Solapur-Latur-Nanded-NGP-Durg-R- BSP-Rourkela-Tata-KGP-HWH may be considered to ensure better passenger response .
