I think railway zones should do this offenly as done with 12179/80 LJN-AGR intercity...also this train has just one rack..The train was running 12 hours late from lucknow..As this train carries a lot of daily passengers from AGC to ETW and CNB LKO..Therefore they arrnged an secnd rack for it in the morning from Agra Cantt n made it depart on time with the 1st rack running 13 hours late..
Therefore this can be done with some trains having just 1 rack or long dstnce trains having just 2 Racks running to much late to avoid there cancellation..Especially in the winters season..

Cancel..? This was very good work to avoid it's cancellation..arrnging a second rack for just 1 run to make it on time is very good work..
They arrnged it..kisi train ka hoga..Just for this 1 run..Ab on time hogyi h ye..Kal right time depart kregi..
