wo bhi sahi hai but isko conventional se na le jaa ke Panvel se le jate to Mumbai ka bhi connection dedicated ho jata Bilaspur Raipur Durg se fir isme to vacancy hi nahi rehta seat ka full chalti ye.
yes , Pune SRC via Panvel koi non AC spcl chalana chaiye CR ko.
Why via Panvel? As soon as train runs via Panvel/Kalyan, it gets occupied by Mumbai passengers, but Mumbai already has 3 daily trains to Howrah. Let Pune, Daund people get to utilise the Pune HWH/SRC trains.
You are correct that railways should think about SL and GS passengers
