I got my ticket booked from Railway station phase 11 Mohali vide pnr.no.220-3213035 clearly mentioning boarding instructions from Delhi. But the booking official did not adhered to the instruction and got it from Chandigarh only thereafter in spite of many visits neither the station master is available nor he could rectify the error instead misbehaved. As our journey is from 1st march 2010 and being senior citizen we are in a fix what to do . Kindly solve my problem.

Due to new boarding change rules booking clerks are not authorized to change the boarding point while booking. For boarding change the procedure is book ticket first and the goto the Chief Reservation Supervisor and ask him to change the boarding point.
