Better the state invest in new buses for BMTC and Metro.
Other cities, entire networks have been built by center or upgraded whatever they inherited from the British. Why this new policy of 80% burden on state, effectively center being responsible for just 20%.
Same with new lines, most of the land and construction cost burdened on the state, after building IR runs just 1 train on the route.
