All the claims made by Govt or Railways regarding improving food quality has fallen flat. Has anyone noticed an improvement in pantry services. Overcharging being a separate issue. I still feel that pantry system of catering was best as atleast food was cooked and served the same day. The base kitchen services have further detoriated quality
Passengers are 'specimen of Lab' for Govt. They can experiment with them as they like :)
