During first trimester of pregnancy, Sex determination using Sonography is quite inaccurate in embryonic stage. Amniocentesis is done in first trimester to determine the sex of embryo which is illegal in India. During second trimester Sonography can detect the sex of the fetus but aborting fetus during second trimester have serious implication over the health of mother and she could die too so anyone who is doing this is risking her life too and BTW 24 ghante tak patient unconscious rahta hai to subah 7 baje ki passenger train se kaise laut jaate hai ye log!! Seems to be a cooked up story.
