While travelling in AC 3 Tier (3A) in ICF coaches, most of the time it is not cool especially in night time, the AC Mechanic/attendant tells it is on Auto mode with temperature between 23 to 25 degrees, but I find most people not wearing blankets and instead fan is also switched on (though it is of little use unlike in sleeper class), and it becomes really suffocating and warm for Middle berth passengers. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT SHOULD WE DO, I normally start sweating there,
