In South Central Railway, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Kacheguda and Begumpet are 4 major stations in one city. Are these stations clubbed and treated as one for reservation ticket holders?
For example, a passenger is holding a reservation ticket from Secunderabad to Chennai. Can he board the train at Hyderabad if the train starts from Hyderabad station?

Ofcourse, once i had boarded 12604 from HYD but in my ticket the boarding station was SC.
Is there any such rule that you are legally entitled to travel such?

No. Illegal. Once I had a ticket to KPG from YNK on KK express. But I boarded at BNC. Was caught. Paid ...:) Willful affence.
