What does RA2 1 mean after chart preparation? Does it mean a complete berth confirmed or do I have to share a berth with somebody else? Thank you.
it means your tkt is in rac and you have been allotted berth no 1 of caoch no A2. yes you have to share your berth.
The prefix R indicates RAC which means you have to share a side lower berth. For example, RS12 72 means RAC in seat no. 72 in S12. In your case, RAC in A1 berth no.1.
