Is it so the trains having HCPV(High Capacity Parcel Van) have lesser chances to get LHB Rakes?
There is no LHB parcel van...!!
Eg.
Sachkhand, Karnataka Sampark Kranti, APSK, etc.

That's why many trains with HCPV are not getting LHB. But there also some CBC HCPVs which can couple with LHB coaches but it restricts the speed of train to 110kmph, So why LHB? /blog/post/2169600 see this post..
Yes, LHB rake is difficult for the trains with HCPV. Some trains like APSK, TNSK, Goa express have Milk van at their end. Those trains are almost impossible to get an LHB.

thats the main reason that these imp. trains not getting LHB coaches .....
Probably it might be the reason.
