i had lodge grievance in PG portal but reply was that flying ranee,BL-DHD IC,BDTS -SURAT IC exp fullfill 55kmph avg speed criteria of railway board
pashchim exp is one of most punctual train , which is serving small city like dahanu meghnagar nvs etc with all type of coach

Gujarat exp should be converted to exp as its speed is vry less compare to KARNAVATI EXP
Valsad dahod in tercity should be converted to fast passenger category
