3A, the Malati Patpur (MLT)- Kamakhya (KYQ) IRCTC AASTHA CIRCUIT TOURIST SPECIAL races past Madhusudanpur station on ER's HB Chord enroute at its raw MPS.
Northeast Frontier Railways and IRCTC had jointly started the AASTHA CIRCUIT TOURIST SPECIAL. The pilgrimage special train connected Kamakhya with Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar and Puri. The train took tourists to many popular pilgrimage destinations like Gangasagar, Sri Swami Narayan Temple, Kalighat, Birla Temple, Sri Jagannath Temple, Konark Temple and Lingaraj Temple. The train would have various boarding and deboarding stations like Kamakhya, Alipirduar, New Coochbehar, New Jalpaiguri, Malda, Farakka, Pakur, Rampurhat, and Bolpur.
