operational cost har HS ka alag alag hoga becoz it depends on traction used ( eloco/dloco), total runtime, no.of halts,route capacity, signal points involved etc. so rti me particluar HS ka alag alag cost manga jaye.
ye maan liya jaye ki 2 EOG full time operate karte hi hain , to EOG diesel/ maintenance cost unke runtime ke proportional hua.
Koi rocket science nahi hai, online file hota hai RTI. Agar sacchai Janne ki talab hai to u should go ahead for that.
Sahi keh rage ho, isliye us specific zone k paas RTI dalana padega jis humsafar k operational cost or per trip profit/loss k vishay me aapko janna hai.
