Does anyone know what are the rules of Modification of ticket? Where can I get this information?

for the detailed rules visit www.indiarail.gov.in and look under Rules.. It will show you various options, choose other rules.. It will show you previous rules and current rules regarding 'modification of journey'. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further queries. Good wishes.
