Tatkal waiting status 19 when booked. Currently W/L 14 for 12859 Geetanjali exp for journey on 06.05.2017. At what time is the chart prepared? I have heard railways have started preparing a 2nd chart, is it true? If yes, at what time is it prepared? What are the chances of my ticket being confirmed?
If not confirmed, will I get the entire money return?

Yes Ur Money will return automatically in ur AC if Booked through IRCTc else u need to cancelled in Counter
