Prashant patil 9 blog postsIts surprising to hear Protest of Laturkar for the extension of train no. 22107 upto Bidar. Fact remain that only 2 bogies S7 & S8 are extended upto Bidar (These 2 bogies were UR type earlier -till latur & No AC-3/2 Ty, First class ticket is allowed to book for journey upto Bidar)
Even in these 2 Bogies, Laturkars can avail reserved tickets upto Latur. So what is point of protest?
Although quota of 80-85 no. of berth allotted, Udgirkars & Bidarkar have feeling of Justice done to their long pending demand...

1. One solution is to transfer 22140 to Gulbarga for PM. The rake can be extended from present 12 to higher no. say 24, as GR has 26 coach pitline. Then both GR and SUR get sufficient seats and also the rake remains in CR.
2. The Latur train too can be made a 24 coach and transferred to Bidar (SCR) for PM when the pitline is completed this year. Then coaches will increase with sufficient seats for all Latur, Osmanabad, Udgir taluka people and also Bidar people. Only CR needs to agree for rake transfer.
