According to new guidelines by Moderator Sir. Any pnr confirming under HO quota will be treated as Void. This HO quota reverses the predictors prediction.
Yes, i too feel that is the right way. By looking at the huge wait list, we all will predict 'WL' and if the passenger is getting his ticket confirmed through 'HO', there is no way to predict that, right?
