1. In some trains PT is available in only one class and not other class. For ex PT available on 3A and Sleeper but not in 2A.
2. In some trains PT available only during days when train has maximum rush and not the other days.. for example.PT available on Sunday Monday but not on other 5 days

Yes that's also correct.. I think with these new features PT will be introduced in more popular trains..
1A ki popularity ko dekhte huye In future shayad 1A me bhi tatkal le aaye ye log..
Also, Some trains have it only in 1 direction example, a train has PT in UP direction but No PT in DN direction!!! Example, Ajanta has PT in 17064 but not in 17063
The case of UP and DOWN direction with one having PT while other not is with many trains.
