If one have a Confirmed ticket, in GN Quota, some how he/she can't caught the train and train left the station?
In this situation what he/she will do?
Did? he/she will get the refund? If yes how much???
Same about the Tatkal Ticket also??

If my ticket is a tatkal can i get the refund and how much?
If train departs from a station @ sharp 13:00hour's, can i cancel the reserved tickrt after the 13 pm??
I left my train due to Road Traffic? or any other reason?
