As of now 22127 hardly has any end to end travellers, it mostly serves Mumbai-Bhusawal/Akola/Badnera passengers only.

In my previous 3 trips in this train, almost full coach got empty at Bhusawal and hardly 5-6 passengers were present in the coach while in one of the trips 4 unreserved passengers boarded at Bhusawal and got down at Malkapur.

How will it get e-2-e passengers, it is taking such a long route, talking about passengers in Badnera-Kazipet Section, the train reaches late night so people wont prefer it.
They should de-link CSTM-BPQ Sewagram Express and run it as LTT-BPQ Anandwan Superfast Express Daily with around 21:00PM dept from LTT and 12:00 PM arrival at BPQ.
And for Kazipet passengers, new LTT-KZJ superfast via shorter Solapur-Gulbarga-Wadi route should start which will benefit Gulbarga-Wadi passengers as well

Departure slots are not avaiable at night after 9:00PM, that is the reason it's departure cannot be shifted to night.
