My Name Is Ritesh. Have An Account In IRCTC Ticket Booking Site. Today That Is 3rd June 2017, I Was Booking Ticket From Pune To Howrah On 12221 Pune To Howrah Duronto Express,On The Date OF 12th June At Around 2pm, But My Transaction Was Failed, And The Payment Was Settled. It happens sometimes when IRCTC hangs up during gateway payment transaction.Don't worry the amount will be credited shortly to your account.
If in case it doesn't gets credited contact the customer care..but I think that case won't arise !!
