Let me share an incident with you all, I was traveling in 12557 From MFP to ANVT, when I bought a water bottle from the Pantry vendor he handed over me a 1 lit ''Daabh" company's water bottle and when I asked about the price he told me that it's Rs. 20. I told him that first of all you are selling an authorized company's water bottle instead of Rail Neer and then you r charging Rs. 20 for this. available Daabh and somewhat other companies like Kinley and Aquafina could be sold in SEE Division's trains so this issue got resolved then I asked him that you are charging Rs. 20 for this though the approved price for it's sale is Rs. 15 only to which he replied and I got quite astonished to hear that, he said ''Rs. 5 is the chilling charge". I just picked out my phone and started to shot him and told him to repeat once again what he had just said infront of camera. vendor whispered in his ears, '' na jaane kisse pala per gaya hai, AC me chlata hai or 5 rupiya k liye itna halla ker raha hai". Manager gently told me, ''Sir app 15 dejiye". I handed over Rs. 15 to him and took my water bottle. When both of them left an Aunty sitting on the adjacent Side lower berth asked me, ''Aap AC se first time travel ker rahe hai? 5 rupiya k liye kya itna jhanjhat kerna" to which I replied, ''Ji Aunty, hum 1st time hi AC me travel ker rahe hai, kaafi saadharan aadmi hai hum or humare liye 5 rupiya bahoot maiyene rekhta hai". Aunty smiled after hearing that and I was smiling on her attitude towards tolerating corruption.

I hv always been a strong opposer of corruption n this sort of posts or the work done by the passenger of 13281 is strongly supported by me. mom travelling wid me n der was no big stn till PNBE after CRJ (where I got Rail neer bottles frm d stn shops) n dat too coz dat day the loco of 12303 failed due to cattle run near CRJ n d trn waz halted for nearly 2 hrs der. Dat gave me tym. Otherwise, I wud hv to purchase unauthorized bottles frm the pantry staff. When trn arrived PNBE, I ran to the shop just to purchase Rail neer. If u r paying d amount, u should get value for money. Jo galat h wo galat h. Even in 12394, I fought wid the pantry staff for the horrible service n d quality of food provided.

* Almost 99% of us often knowingly pay more than the approved tariff during the journey, and bow our heads before the corrupt person.
