* Since there is long waiting lists on all the classes of DLI-PNBE trains, a superfast with LHB coaches and operating as duplicate sampoorna kranti should be operated so that the paxs travelling in classes get benefited and the good patronage is assured for the train.
* NDLS-PNBE Sampoorna Kranti is the fastest SF train (with non ac coaches) with an avg speed of 74kmph. Such 130kmph LHB SF trains should be provided on large number of routes.
