when it used to travel via DC, the top speed between DHN and Dugdha was 45kmph. and in between a many place it used to be 10kmph. whereas in DHN - GMO - CRP it can run at 90 kmph
Actually Freight traffic is diverted via MURI-PRR-ASN route so expect no diversion of passenger trains via that as of now.
Via PRR route is shorter and less time consuming even after QLR/LR but main point is old halts shouldn't be missed. Bokaro had been the halt so these trains should go through it. Ultimately ASN's inability to take extra load is making this conversation a useless one.

Agree all weekly should be diverted via GMO..and Ranchi Bhagalpur via gaya nawada kiul
It is not possible for a passenger train, you can check the time taken by HTE-BWN. This MEMU will not get priority as well due to diverted train status.
