Hello sir,
this is regarding improvisation of lack of passenger facilities at stations like Udaipur which we noticed recently.
on 30th august it was raining & we had to board udaipur bandra superfast express at 9.35 pm. When we reached to the station following difficulties were faced bu us & other passengers.

Entry for the vehicals with passengers & luggage at the station is restricted by large cordened area. No vehical can go near the coverd entrance of the station hence all passenger & luggage has to be off loaded at a distance which creates a lot of troble specially in the rainy season.All your luggage is getting wet since you have to off load it at an open place & after that you have to cover the long distance to enter the station.
2) there should be no barricede as in mumbai central wher people can easily off load their luggage under the covered area irespective of the heavy rain.Also passengers can accessto the statio easily as it is near by without getting wet.

Hope some thing canbe done about this suggetions which will improve passengers traveeling expirence.
