2) Teachers & Principals of recognised primary & secondary schools, in groups of not less than four.
Note: The facility of rail travel concession is also extended to individual teachers for educational tours subject to the condition that in their case the requisite certificate is produced from the District Educational Officer concerned/nearest educational authority even of the rank of a local inspector of the Department.
