PF 1 renovation too is mostly done. The edge tiles laying and some end slope work is being done.
3. PF 4 is used for receiving trains towards ASK - Chikkamagaluru train can be seen with ED Alco.
4. New FoB can be seen.
5. Station Building has a new look and the name of Tumkur is now changed to Tumakuru.
6. Welding of PF 1 track was on.
7. The small line adjacent to PF 1 is also under renovation.

MYS division has started giving new TBs for its trains. The background of the TB has red and yellow colours - the colours of Karnataka flag.
