In my opinion, giving LHB rake to this bi-weekly wasn't a wise decision at all. 2 rakes of LHB and only 1 Bi-weekly got LHBfied. remaining days it will be kept in yard.
Instead of that: Godavari/Charminar/KCG-SBC SF/Rayalseema/Ajanta/Gowthami Express could be given, daily trains, only 2 rakes needed and maximum pax will get benefitted.
Or else they could have LHB fied Padmavati and SC-TPTY bi weekly- 2 trains, both getting LHB rakes.

I think its RSA's will also be benefited by LHB fication. So it will be good only.
