Anyone who has travelled by "HWH-Pune AC Duronto Express/12222", request you to kindly share your experience w.r.t. the Hygine, Cleanliness, Family Friendliness and ontime arrival and departure of this train.
Also would appreciate if members could share 1AC and 2AC experience respectively.

Thanks, but please read the stuff first and then comment, the earlier query was for 12223 LTT-ERS Duronto.
Had traveled either way a couple of months back. the experience was OK. need not carry food or drink. The the food is pre packed but was not happy about food hygiene as they are re-distributed (plated) in the train near the vestibule/toilet area. there aren't any choice (for 2T AC) but the menu spread is OK. no xtra tea and stuff. enough bottled water though. snacks twice a day and 2 meals. will not feel hungry.
The staff asks for tips at the end of the journey. you can leave your comments with the supervisor.
