I have booked 2 tickets vide PNR 256-1535865 status was showing 1 available i got i confirmed and other ticket WL26. Why not i got WL1 after conformed ticket why 26th WL ?

General quota. when i booked showing 1 available but i booked a ticket for 2 passengers i i got confirmed and 2 ticket i got 26th WL instead of 1st WL
